Maintained strong workforce retention across sea and shore operations.
Achieved workforce retention rates of 89% for seafarers and 86% for shore employees, reflecting continued focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.
Significantly expanded employee training and professional development opportunities.
Increased average training participation to nearly five courses per shore employee, representing a 155% increase compared with 2024, while seafarers completed 169,201 training courses, representing a 24.3% increase compared with 2024.
Increased the number of female seafarers by 9% year-on-year.
Expanded female seafarer representation by 9%, increasing from 443 in 2024 to 482 in 2025 and supporting a more inclusive maritime workforce.
Achieved 98.3% fleet participation in the Behaviour-Based Safety programme.
Reached 98.3% fleet participation in the Behaviour-Based Safety programme, averaging six safety observations per vessel and strengthening proactive safety management.
