Primary aim of this program is to ensure that participants acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to safeguard human life, the marine environment, and property while managing, transporting, and storing dangerous, hazardous, and harmful cargos at sea.
On successful completion of the course, delegates will be able to contribute effectively to the preparation and execution of the safe carriage of dangerous goods and marine pollutants by sea.
