With a pool of 1,200+ hospitality professionals Seachef caters to the taste and dietary needs of more than 40 nationalities on board over 400 vessels. The overall recruitment and training of the hospitality staff is continuously supported by 23 associated Crew Service Centres and 4 Maritime Training Centres at key locations around the world. He has an extensive international experience of 30 years within the hospitality industry and has served for some of the world’s top leading international hotel chains. His skill set ranges from proactive leadership, effective sales and commercial management, and operational financial techniques.
Yannis holds an MSc in International Hotel Management with a specialization in feasibility studies for hotels and tourism projects.
