TRAINING AND CAREER
DEVELOPMENT POLICY
Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement has a training policy which encompasses all office personnel. This includes general training with more specific training as required.
Our training policy is to ensure that all persons employed are trained to be highly competent in the duties which they perform and are made aware of the importance of achieving quality awareness at all times. They are encouraged to undertake further training to enhance their performance and improve their knowledge. To this end, various training courses are used by the company so that these values may be maintained in line with company policy.
Employees are encouraged to undertake further training and/or education which leads to qualifications relevant to their employment. Financial assistance may be offered by the company to employees keen to enhance their continuous professional development (CPD).
