The accreditation process was exhaustive and included competency requirements in Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales. Inmarsat has introduced this accreditation process so as to ultimately enhance end-user customer satisfaction and enable end-users to make a more informed choice in regards to Inmarsat service providers.
