The cadets learn and progress within our company and thus have an in-depth understanding of our corporate culture and the demands of our clients, as well as a profound knowledge of our company procedures.

Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement recruits cadets only from selected and approved maritime academies all over the world. Subject to acceptable performance, the company financially supports their studies and provides them with extensive training onboard diverse vessels so that all may reach their full potential. Our comprehensive training package provides all motivated and competent cadets with an excellent basis for a career path to Senior Officer level.
