Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement’s Service Delivery Centre in India has grown from a crew recruitment centre to training centre and has now become a fully-fledged shipmanagement centre. Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (India) Pvt. Limited was established in May 1992 and has grown successfully to employ over 200 staff. Our entire operation is based in company-owned offices.

In addition to its crew recruitment activity, our Service Delivery Centre today provides the full spectrum of shipmanagement services and solutions, including:

• Fleet Management.
• Loss Prevention.
• Maritime Catering.
• Newbuilding Supervision.
• Safety and Quality.

In addition, we provide key corporate services such as Purchasing and Project Management for the IT needs of the Group. The uniqueness of the Service Delivery Centre in India is that Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement has established and developed the BSM Centre for Advanced Learning (BCAL) as a mechanism to impart not just professional maritime knowledge but also to enhance the managerial and leadership capability of seafarers.
