Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG, based in Hamburg, was established as the legal and operational successor of the two Schulte Group shipmanangement companies operating in Germany since 1999, and is the result of the merger of Hanseatic Shipping (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG (‘Hanseatic’) and Vorsetzen Bereederungs und Schiffahrtskontor GmbH & Co. KG (‘Vorsetzen’).

Our Service Delivery Centre combines Hanseatic’s 35 years of experience as a highly reputable, globally active third-party shipmanager with the experience of Vorsetzen, one of the most respected companies in the management of KG vessels and KG companies on the German market. This means we are ideally placed to provide a comprehensive range of shipmanagement services, with a strong focus on crewing and technical management as well as on corporate and commercial management.
