Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG (‘BSMD’), based in Hamburg, was established as the legal and operational successor of the two Schulte Group shipmanagement companies operating in Germany since 1999. It is the result of the merger of Hanseatic Shipping (Deutschland) GmbH & Co. KG (‘HSD’) and Vorsetzen Bereederungs- und Schiffahrtskontor GmbH & Co. KG (‘VBSK’).

Our Service Delivery Centre combines the experience of HSD as a highly reputable, globally active third-party shipmanager with VBSK’s extensive experience in managing KG vessels and KG companies. We are hence ideally placed to provide a comprehensive range of shipmanagement services, with a strong focus on crewing and technical management as well as on corporate and commercial management.
