Director - HR (Shore) | | Ms. Elena Pantazidou graduated from Aristotle University Thessaloniki with a BSc in Psychology. She moved on to John Moores University Liverpool to gain her Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology. There she specialised in the British Psychological Society's (BPS) Competence in Occupational Testing, covering both ability and personality assessments. After her post-graduate degree she stayed on in the UK and qualified as a life coach.
Back in Cyprus she worked at Epimorfosis Consulting Ltd as an associate consultant for one and a half years.
She then joined PeopleAchieve, taking up the position of Human Capital Consultant, assisting clients with HR processes, such as staff and leadership development, performance management systems, coaching, talent management, the creation and updating of HR systems as well as running a range of assessment tools. Elena was working with several multi-nationals in implementing HR Processes, use psychometric assessment for recruitment, talent management and talent development. She is also a certified Business Executive Coach and a Life Coach.
She joined Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement in March 2010 as the Group HR (Shore) Director.
She has used her professional background beyond her career working in the volunteer sector, providing psychological support to those who need it.
She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Cyprus Psychological Association.
